Return policy (রিটার্ন পলিসি)

রিটার্ন হল এই নীতির অধীনে সরাসরি সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতাদের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত একটি স্কিম যার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে বিনিময়, প্রতিস্থাপন এবং/অথবা ফেরতের বিকল্প সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতারা আপনাকে অফার করে। একটি নির্দিষ্ট বিভাগের অধীনে তালিকাভুক্ত সমস্ত পণ্য একই রিটার্ন নীতি নাও থাকতে পারে। সমস্ত পণ্যের জন্য, পণ্য পৃষ্ঠায় প্রদত্ত রিটার্ন/প্রতিস্থাপন নীতি সাধারণ রিটার্ন নীতির উপর প্রাধান্য পাবে।

ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্য গুলো ডেলিভারির ১ দিনের মধ্যে উপর্যুক্ত প্রমাণ সহ দেখানোর পর পন্য আমাদের নিকট রিটার্ন হলে এরপর এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেয়া হবে। কোনো ফি ধার্য করা হবে না। এ ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টোমারকে ইমেইল, ম্যাসেঞ্জার, ওয়াটস অ্যাপ বা মেইলের মাধ্যমে ছবি প্রদান করতে হবে।

বিঃদ্রঃ পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার ভিতর পণ্যের সমস্যা সম্পর্কে জানাতে হবে ইমেইল, ওয়াটস অ্যাপ অথবা হেল্পলাইনে কল করে আমাদের কে অবশ্যই অবহিত করতে হবে। এবং সরকারি ছুটি বাদে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।

ব্যবহারের পরে বা রিটার্ন পলিসি সময়ের পরে ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্রপাতি এবং মোবাইল ফোন সম্পর্কিত সমস্যাগুলির জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে চেক করুন যে পণ্যটি বিক্রেতার ওয়ারেন্টি বা ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় আছে কিনা। ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেম করা সম্পর্কে আরও তথ্যের জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি দেখুন।

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের জন্য মতের পরিবর্তন গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না। যদি ডেলিভারিকৃত পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল, অথবা অসম্পূর্ণ হয়, তাহলে Bengali shopping এর নিয়মানুযায়ী রিফান্ডটি ইস্যু করা হবে। নোট: ব্যবহারকৃত পণ্য রিটার্ন নেয়া হয় না। মোবাইল ফোনের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি পাবার পর ডিভাইসটি ডেড হলে আপনি সরাসরি দারাজে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করতে পারেন (যেমন: সম্পূর্ণভাবে সুইচ অন হচ্ছে না)। মোবাইল ফোনটি অ্যাক্টিভেটেড* করা হলে, ম্যানুফ্যাকচারারের ওয়ারেন্টির সম্পর্কে আরও তথ্যের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে সেলারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন অথবা ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদানকারীর সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করুন। *একবার সিম কার্ড প্রবেশ করানো হলে অথবা ওয়াইফাইয়ের মাধ্যমে ইন্টারনেটে সংযোগ করা হলে মোবাইল ফোনটিকে অ্যাক্টিভেটেড হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হবে।

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের জন্য মতের পরিবর্তন গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না (দেশের বাইরে থেকে যে সকল পণ্য শিপ হয়ে থাকে) যদি ডেলিভারিকৃত পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল, অথবা অসম্পূর্ণ হয়, তাহলে Bengali shopping এর নিয়মানুযায়ী রিফান্ডটি ইস্যু করা হবে। পণ্য অবশ্যই পরিধান করা যাবে না, ধোয়া যাবে না এবং পরিবর্তিত করা যাবে না সম্পূর্ণ ট্যাগ সহ থাকতে হবে। পণ্য যদি ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে এমন পাওয়া যায় তাহলে রিটার্ন রিজেক্ট করা হবে এবং কাস্টমারকে পুনরায় পণ্যটি ফেরৎ পাঠানো হবে ।

রিটার্নের জন্য শর্তাবলী

কোন ড্যামেজ অথবা ব্যবহার করা পণ্য রিটার্ন অথবা পরিবর্তনের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না ।

রিটার্ন অথবা পরিবর্তন পণ্যটি bengali Shopping এর টীম দ্বারা যাচাই করা হবে।

অবশ্যই মনে রাখবেন ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি চার্জ অথবা শিপিং চার্জ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।

ডেলিভারির ১ দিন পর এই পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে না। অর্থাৎ পন্য ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে Return (রিটার্ন) Calum (ক্লেম) করতে হবে, বা আমাদেরকে অবহিত করতে হবে।

Return policy

Returns is a scheme offered directly by the respective sellers under this policy in terms of which the respective sellers offer you the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. For all products, the return/replacement policy provided on the product page will prevail over the general return policy.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete upon delivery, please return the product to us within 1 day of delivery with the above proof and then exchange the product. No fee will be charged. In this case, the customer has to provide the picture through email, messenger, WhatsApp or mail.

Note: Within 24 hours of receiving the product, you must inform us about the product problem by email, WhatsApp or by calling the helpline. And the product must be returned to us within 72 hours excluding public holidays.

In all cases the goods are exchanged.

Delivered product is damaged (eg product is damaged or broken) / defective (eg does not switch on)
Delivered product is incomplete (eg no product or partially missing)
The delivered product is incorrect (eg wrong product/size/colour, counterfeit product, or expired).
The product delivered does not match the product description or picture (ie the product is not as advertised)
Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size inappropriate)

Change of mind will not be accepted for returns and refunds. If the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued as per Bengali shopping policy. Note: Returns are not accepted on used products. In the case of mobile phones, you can request a return directly to the drawer if the device is dead after the product has been delivered (ie: not switching on completely). If the mobile phone is activated*, please contact the seller or directly contact the brand warranty provider for more information about the manufacturer's warranty. *The mobile phone will be considered activated once the SIM card is inserted or connected to the Internet via WiFi.
